Ken Dill
Ken Dill PT is a lifelong athlete and has been a practicing physical therapist for more than 34 years. His athletic career flourished at the University of Delaware where he was the captain of both basketball and tennis teams (1982). He excelled on both courts and was named to the University of Delaware athletics Hall of Fame in 2015 for his accomplishments and commitment as a team leader. He still holds many University of Delaware records in both sports.
Ken has now combined his lifelong pursuit of sports performance excellence with his professional knowledge of biomechanics, kinesiology, anatomy, physics, neuromuscular physiology, and meditation to further quantify the parameters of excellence in free-throw shooting like never before. His unique combination of education, experience, and athletic skill has led to his proven program that will improve your free-throw shooting percentage, which will result in more wins for your team!

Ken once made 98 out of 100 free throws in a free-throw shooting competition while in high school.

Ken is a USPTA certified tennis teaching pro and coaches local high school girls tennis and gives private lessons.

Ken was physical therapist for the world team tennis franchise Delaware smash (2001-2008) where he worked with previous world number one players Venus Williams, Martina Navratalova, and the Bryan brothers.

Ken is an avid ballroom dancer and especially loves the West Coast swing. He is certified in dance medicine and has treated some of the many world-class dancers who have graced the stage at the Playhouse Theatre in Wilmington Delaware.
